Mom’s Lowry’s Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 3.9oz Box Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 1/2 Cup Sugar Can substitute Splenda
- 4 Large Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil Can substitute unsweetened apple sauce
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 6 oz Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Thoroughly grease a bundt pan or loaf pan if you don't have a bundt pan.
- Combine Yellow Cake Mix, Chocolate Pudding Mix, and Sugar. Mix until homogenous.
- Add remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
- Add in chocolate chips and stir to distribute.
- Pour into your pan.
- Cook for 1 hour.
- Cool thoroughly.
