Mom's Lowry's Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 3.9oz Box Instant Chocolate Pudding
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar Can substitute Splenda
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil Can substitute unsweetened apple sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 6 oz Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Thoroughly grease a bundt pan or loaf pan if you don't have a bundt pan.
  • Combine Yellow Cake Mix, Chocolate Pudding Mix, and Sugar. Mix until homogenous.
  • Add remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
  • Add in chocolate chips and stir to distribute.
  • Pour into your pan.
  • Cook for 1 hour.
  • Cool thoroughly.
