John’s Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Block Mild Cheddar (Shredded)
- 1 Block Monterey Jack (Shredded)
- 2 Cups Milk Additional as needed
- 1 Box Choice of Noodle
- 3/8 Cups White Flour
- 1 Cube Chicken Boullion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Slap Ya' Mamma
Instructions
- Melt butter in pan
- Whisk in flour until smooth to make rioux
- Cook on medium heat for a couple minutes until slightly darker
- Add milk and whisk well until smooth
- Add in pepper, garlic, bullion, and slap ya mamma
- Add additional milk to keep mixture slightly runny
- Add in half of your grated cheese, keep heat low. Mix well until smooth
- Mix in other half of cheese and mix until smooth. Add milk to keep smooth
- Add in salt and additional pepper to taste
