John's Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 Block Mild Cheddar (Shredded)
  • 1 Block Monterey Jack (Shredded)
  • 2 Cups Milk Additional as needed
  • 1 Box Choice of Noodle
  • 3/8 Cups White Flour
  • 1 Cube Chicken Boullion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Slap Ya' Mamma

Instructions

  • Melt butter in pan
  • Whisk in flour until smooth to make rioux
  • Cook on medium heat for a couple minutes until slightly darker
  • Add milk and whisk well until smooth
  • Add in pepper, garlic, bullion, and slap ya mamma
  • Add additional milk to keep mixture slightly runny
  • Add in half of your grated cheese, keep heat low. Mix well until smooth
  • Mix in other half of cheese and mix until smooth. Add milk to keep smooth
  • Add in salt and additional pepper to taste
